about

As things were getting a little out of control in the spring and summer of 2006, the band decided to step back an put together a small "thank you EP release that would be available at shows in the fall of 2006. That EP, which was never available online until now was "Broken and Bruised" and contains a collaboration with long time friend mace Blackmon ("Road Kings") a song about two true life child soldiers in Burma "Johnny and Luther" and whole bunch of weird shit including the bands first ever instrumental "Sir, Please Refrain From Putting Your Cigarette Out in My Eggs."

Road Kings was a song George Wright, Wayne Lee, Joe Boylan and Walt Mamaluy recorded as Arsenix with that band's lead singer JC3/Mace Blackmon. This remixed version with acoustic guitar, backing vocals and lead guitar overdubs by Perry was the main song off the EP. Mace Blackmon would routinely join the band onstage to perform the song in 2006 and through 2015.
